the reverse sides of high-pressure laminates from 0.5mm thickness and up.
Hot Platen - The hot platen mainly works as a heart for Hot press ,HPL press and SCL press. It is manufactured from steel plates, and there are some internal holes. These drilled holes are used to contain hot medium like steam or Thermic oil for the purpose of thermal circulation.
Chrome Plate - The Stainless Steel Press Plate / Chrome Plate Is Designed For Short Cycle Press To Create Different Surface Patterns On A Prelam Board. The Available Pattern Type Contains Many Choices Including Mirror, Matt, Suede, Embossing, Crystal, Wood Grain, Fabric, Leather, Stone, Etc.
Cushion Pad - The cushion pad is an indispensable device for Short cycle press. It is installed between hot platen and press plate to transfer heat and buffer pressure, thereby effectively prolonging the life span of press plate.
